Terms and conditions and rental agreement
You can book the bicycle directly by filling out the form on the rental page, or making an online reservation with our rental software. You are also welcome to send an e-mail to email@example.com or call on phone +393933313788 in order to get an offer or make a reservation. 30% of the rental amount has to be paid when booking the bicycle. On the day of the rental you will pay the remaining amount, a discount could be applied on total payment in advance.
Payment is preferred by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash. All rental charges are to be paid in full on a day of hire. Cheques are not accepted.
All transactions under this agreement are conducted in Euro.
When the customer books online they accept the conditions set out below:
The bicycle will be available on time and on the day it was requested
If the customer does not arrive to collect their reserved bicycle on the day and at the time it was reserved no refunds will be made.
By booking online and accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to The company applying charges to your credit or debit bicycled account.
On collection of the bicycle customers driving the bicycle must present both parts of their valid EU Driving License in person or ID with proof of their current address. No copies of licences will be accepted.
Cycling involves Risks. The Client agrees that despite such Risks the Client accepts sole responsibility for: (a) the Bike and the equipment; and (b) the safety of the Client and others
The customer acknowledges that the company may terminate this Agreement and repossess the bicycle at any time, without notification to the customer, and that the customer will pay the reasonable costs of repossessing the bicycle, if: They are in breach of any term of this Agreement. They have obtained the bicycle through fraud or misrepresentation.
The bicycle appears to be abandoned.
The bicycle is not returned on the agreed return date or the company reasonably believes that the Bicycle will not be returned on the agreed return date.
The customer understands that in the event of such termination or repossession, they have no right to a refund of any part of the rental charges.
If the service becomes unavailable for the Hire Period due to circumstances beyond the company control (such as, theft, fire, earthquake, or damage from an earlier hire contract), the company will use its best efforts to offer the Client a suitable alternative. If the company is unable to offer a suitable alternative, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid to the company, minus any costs the company has incurred related to this booking.
No refunds will be made for early returns, late pickups, no-shows or change of mind.
If appropriate identification and/or the necessary payment/deposit are not produced at the time the Bicycle is to be collected or the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to in any way then the rental cannot proceed and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
Cancellations may be only be made by contacting the company by phone or in writing.
In the event that your bicycle is unavailable for reasons out of our control, then we will endeavour to have a replacement bicycle in place. If a replacement bicycle is unavailable then we will refund all money including your initial booking fee of 30% of a total amount.

As we start to incur costs from the time the contract is confirmed we will apply cancellation charges as shown below from the time when written notification of the cancellation is received:

Less than 28 days’ notice
Less than 15 days’ notice
The Client warrants his competency in using the Equipment, we will follow any directions relating to the use and safety of the Equipment, and will comply with all laws and obligations in relation to the use and control of the Equipment.
The Client will not change or modify the bike and its equipment without the company agreement. If the Client changes or modifies the bike and its equipment without our authorization, such changes or modifications will be considered damage and a cost could be applied.
The customer will have the bicycle for the rental period shown in the Reservation Confirmation.
If the bicycle is not returned on time, or if the customer does not contact the company requesting an extension of the rental then the conditions of this agreement have been broken.
The company will charge the customer for every day or part-day that the bicycle has not been returned. Until The company receive the bicycle the customer will be charged the daily rate specified on the rental page.
Subject to its obligation to deliver the Bicycle or an appropriate substitute bicycle, the customer must release the company from any liability to the customer (regardless of who is at fault) for any loss or damage incurred by the customer by reason of this Agreement, including but not limited to:
- Any loss or damage caused by breakdown, mechanical defect, accident or the Bicycle being unsuitable for the customer’s purpose.
- Any loss or damage to any property left in or on the Bicycle or in the company’ premises or recovered or handled by the company.
Subject to any insurance arrangements agreed with the company, I hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified the company, its employees and agents against any claims, demands and expenses (including legal costs) incurred or sustained by them or any of them by reason of my use and/or possession of the Bicycle.
In the case of damage to the bicycle and its equipment (excluding reasonable wear and tear, and any damage to inner tubes), however caused, the Client will be responsible for and will pay the company the full cost of all repairs, including the cost of replacing any damaged parts and any job to restore the bicycle and its equipment to the condition it was in at the commencement of the Hire Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the company has the sole right to reasonably determine: (a) whether the Equipment has been damaged during the Hire Period; (b) whether such damage is beyond reasonable wear and tear; (c) the extent of such damage; and (d) the full cost of the repairs required.
In the case of loss of the bike, however caused, the Client will be responsible for and will pay the company the full cost of replacing such bike. No insurance can cover a stolen or loss bikes
The customer will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon collection of the bicycle and the terms of the Rental Agreement can be found in the box below. The Rental Agreement must be signed before a customer can depart so please review them prior to your departure.
During the enquiry and reservation process The company will collect personal information, including but limited to, your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number. This information is necessary for booking and for insurance purposes. We may use this information to notify you of any news you may interested in regarding The company. None of your personal information will be passed on to any third party companies (other than the insurance the company that The company uses). Payment details including credit and/or debit bicycled numbers, bicycled expiry date and security code will be processed through a secure system.
