For the safety and well-being of all participants, wearing a helmet is mandatory on all bike excursions. Helmets are provided by us and must be worn at all times while riding.

Participants must be in good physical health and capable of safely riding a bicycle for the duration of the excursion. By taking part in the activity, customers confirm that they do not have medical conditions that could put themselves or others at risk while cycling.

Appropriate footwear and suitable outdoor clothing are also required. Closed-toe shoes with good grip are essential to ensure proper bike control and reduce the risk of injury. Clothing should be comfortable, weather-appropriate, and suitable for physical activity, allowing freedom of movement and protection from sun, wind, or changing weather conditions.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to any customer who is not in adequate health, is dressed inappropriately, or is wearing unsuitable footwear, as this may compromise personal safety, group safety, and the overall riding experience.

By joining the excursion, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these safety requirements, which are designed to ensure a safe, responsible, and enjoyable cycling experience for everyone.

Welcome to Bike & Sup: a unique adventure between land and sea!

Explore the breathtaking beauty of Alghero with our Bike & Sup tour, a unique experience that will make you to discover the wild nature of the Sardinian coast both by land and by sea.

Starting from our headquarters at Via Garibaldi n. 87, we will embark on an exciting E-bike excursion along the coast, traversing unique landscapes enveloped by untouched nature alongside an expert guide. Our tour will lead us to the splendid beach of Lazzaretto, where the second part of the adventure begins.

Here, Sup Ventura company will welcome you to experience a fascinating stand-up paddle (Sup) tour, allowing you to explore the most enchanting coves of the Coral Riviera, famous especially for their golden sands and crystalline waters.

After an hour of fun at the sea, we will indulge in a relaxing break with a delightful beachside coffee/analcoholic drink, enjoying the spectacular view and local flavors.

The total duration of the tour is approximately 4 hours, departing at 9:30 and arriving at Lazzaretto at 12:00. The Sup excursion will take place from 12:00 to 13:00, followed by the aperitif from 13:00 to 13:30. The return to Alghero is scheduled for 14:30.
